摘要
为解决T梁结构的工厂化生产以及预制施工复杂的问题,介绍了一种新型装配式预应力混凝土T梁结构,并研究了预制施工工艺,主要包括:钢筋笼制作及入模、模板安装、混凝土浇筑与振捣、蒸养、预应力张拉、养护等。同时,基于广义预制梁流水节拍计算方法,探讨了装配式新型T梁的整体工序与各生产环节的耗时,形成了工厂化智能生产的成套工艺,有效提高了生产效率。
In order to solve the problems of factory production of T-beam structures and the complexity of precast construction,a new assembled prestressed concrete T-beam structure is introduced and the precast construction process is studied,which mainly includes:reinforcement cage fabrication and entering the mould,formwork installation,concrete pouring and vibrating,steam curing,prestressed tensioning,curing and so on.Meanwhile,based on the generalized precast beam flow beat calculation method,the overall process and the time consumption of each production link of the assembled new T-beam are discussed,and a complete set of factory-based intelligent production processes is formed,which effectively improves the production efficiency.
