摘要
在国内民航较快发展背景下,各地机场将面临航站楼改扩建常态化趋势,对航站楼先关闭再进行改造的建设模式将无法满足地区航空运输的服务要求,因此,航站楼改扩建工程必须在不停航状态下进行。以某国际机场地下航油管线不停航带压封堵拆除施工为例,介绍了在保障机场正常运营的前提下对既有使用中的航油高压封堵拆改的技术措施。该方案为工程顺利实施提供了技术保障,为后续类似工程的实施提供了实践借鉴。
In the background of faster development of domestic civil aviation,airports everywhere will face the trend of normalization of terminal building renovation and expansion.The construction mode of closing the terminal building before renovation will not be able to meet the service requirements of regional air transportation,therefore,the terminal building renovation and expansion project must be carried out under non-stop condition.Taking an international airport underground aviation oil pipeline without stopping navigation with pressure blocking and demolition construction as an example,the technical measures of dismantling and changing the existing aviation oil high-pressure blocking in use under the premise of ensuring normal airport operation are introduced.The scheme provides technical guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project and provides practical reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
