清水混凝土联方网壳雨棚模板体系的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 郑州南站采用联方网壳清水混凝土雨棚,属大跨复杂结构,需要高质量地一次浇筑结构成形,技术难度大。为此,施工前制作5种试验方案样板用于比选。方案考虑钢模板、木模板、玻璃钢模板和铝模板4种模板支撑体系,以及梁板分次或一次的浇筑方式。综合评价模板体系精度控制、拼缝处理、表面观感和施工可操作性等要求后发现,采用木模板且梁板一次浇筑的方案具有适用性好、精度易控、质量稳定、便于施工的特点,确定为最优方案。 Zhengzhou South Station adopts joint-square net shell fair-faced concrete canopy,which is a large-span complex structure and needs to be formed in one pour with high quality,which is technically difficult.For this reason,five test schemes were made before construction for comparison.Four kinds of formwork support systems,namely steel formwork,wood formwork,FRP formwork and aluminum formwork,were considered for the scheme,as well as the way of pouring the beams and slabs in stages or at one time.After comprehensive evaluation of the requirements of accuracy control of formwork system,joints treatment,surface appearance and operability of construction,it was found that the plan of using wooden formwork with one casting of beam slab had good applicability,easy accuracy control,stable quality and convenient construction,and was determined as the optimal plan.
