摘要
儿童中药口服液体制剂研发过程中矫掩味是提高儿童用药顺应性的关键问题之一。由于不同科属的中药含有不同的气味,且临床上中药制剂一般都以复方配伍,所以味道口感通常呈现出复杂交融的现象。目前改善中药口服液口感主要在炮制、前处理、工艺、添加辅料等方面进行矫掩味处理,但是各种矫掩味方法的效果和适用范围不同,在实际运用中也应根据药物的类型、剂型和设备需要来选择方法。本文通过对相关期刊文献和专利等整理和分析,对儿童中药口服液体制剂矫掩味辅料的分类、应用以及新型掩味技术进展等进行归纳总结,以期对儿童中药口服液体制剂的矫掩味研究提供参考。
Taste masking is one of the key issues to improve drug compliance in children during the development of oral liquid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Because different families of TCM contain different odors,and TCMs are generally used as compound preparations in clinical practice,the taste usually presents a complex blend phenomenon.At present,the main methods to improve the taste of TCM oral liquids are medicinal materials processing,pre-treatment,preparation technology modification,adding auxiliary materials and so on.but the masking effect and application range of various masking methods are different.In practical application,the masking methods should be selected according to the drug type,dosage form and equipment needs.This paper summarizes the classification,application and new taste masking technology of TCM oral liquid preparations for children by sorting and analyzing relevant journals and patents,so as to provide reference for the research on this kind of pharmaceutical preparations.
