摘要
目的通过分析老年人视频头脉冲试验(vHIT)的各种参数,建立老年人vHIT的参考值范围。方法选取103例无前庭疾病老年人进行vHIT检测,分析各半规管的前庭-眼动反射(VOR)增益值、共轭半规管VOR增益不对称比及生理性扫视个数。结果103例老年人左侧外、前、后半规管VOR增益值参考值范围为0.72~1.20、0.53~1.00和0.57~0.97;右侧分别为0.75~1.25、0.53~1.04和0.60~0.96。双侧外半规管、左前右后及右前左后共轭半规管VOR增益不对称比参考值上限分别为13.19%、15.55%和16.66%。103例受试者左侧的外、前、后半规管生理性扫视个数参考值上限分别为5.54、5.01和5.38;右侧则分别为5.94、4.98和5.17。结论本研究建立了老年人vHIT检测的参考值范围,为老年人前庭功能的准确评估提供了参考依据。
Objective To investigate the parameters of the video head impulse test(vHIT)among elderly people,and to establish the reference values of vHIT for elderly people.Methods We enrolled 103 elderly people without vestibular disease to receive vHIT.The vestibulo-ocular reflex(VOR)gain value of each semicircular canal,the VOR gain asymmetry ratios of conjugate semicircular canals,and the number of physiological saccades were analyzed.Results For the 103 elderly subjects,the VOR gain reference values of the lateral,anterior,and posterior semicircular canals were 0.72-1.20,0.53-1.00,and 0.57-0.97 on the left side,respectively;and 0.75-1.25,0.53-1.04,and 0.60-0.96 on the right side,respectively.The upper reference li-mits of VOR gain asymmetry ratios of left lateral-right lateral,left anterior-right posterior,and right anterior-left posterior semicircular canals were 13.19%,15.55%,and 16.66%,respectively.The upper reference limits of physiological saccades of the late-ral,anterior,and posterior semicircular canals were 5.54,5.01,and 5.38 on the left side,respectively;and 5.94,4.98,and 5.17 on the right side,respectively.Conclusion This study has established the reference values of vHIT for elderly people,providing a reference for accurate evaluation of vestibular function in the elderly.
