摘要
内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)常用于治疗消化道肿瘤,属于微创手术治疗的一种,术后恢复更为良好,可维护消化道结构的原有特点,是早期治疗消化道肿瘤的首选方案。与传统手术相比,ESD治疗更为简便,创伤更小,住院时间相对较短,综合疗效较高,展现出了微创治疗的优越性。但是经过ESD治疗后,会出现出血、穿孔、术后狭窄等多种并发症,需要采取精准化的处理措施。本文主要探讨ESD手术相关器械与操作技术的应用方式,为未来操作技术的研究展开分析。
Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)is often used for the treatment of digestive tract tumors,which is a type of minimally invasive surgical treatment,with better postoperative recovery and the ability to maintain the original characteristics of the digestive tract structure,making it the first choice for the early treatment of digestive tract tumors.Compared with traditional surgery,ESD treatment is more simple,less trauma,relatively short hospital stay,comprehensive efficacy is higher,showing the superiority of minimally invasive treatment.However,after ESD treatment,there will be bleeding,perforation,postoperative stenosis and other complications,and precise management measures need to be taken.This paper mainly discussed the application of ESD surgical instruments and operation technology,and analyzed the research of future operation technology.
