摘要
目的观察对放疗患者施以沙参麦冬汤治疗对放射性肺炎的防治效果。方法选择2021年8月—2022年8月就诊于黔南民族医学高等专科学校第二附属医院的放疗患者100例,随机抽签法分组,施以单纯放疗的50例患者为对照组,施以放疗+沙参麦冬汤治疗的50例患者为研究组,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组放射性肺炎发生率(44.00%)、骨髓抑制发生率(10.00%)明显较低于对照组(72.00%、28.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.046、5.263,P<0.05);研究组临床疗效及行为状态评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组炎症指标及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对放疗患者施以沙参麦冬汤治疗可有效防治放射性肺炎,在放射性肺炎、骨髓抑制、行为状态评分、炎症指标和生活质量方面具有更佳的优势。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shashen Maidong Decoction on radiation pneumonia in radiotherapy patients.Methods A total of 100 radiotherapy patients treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiannan College of Ethnic Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided by random drawing method.50 patients treated with simple radiotherapy were selected as the control group,and 50 patients treated with radiotherapy plus Shashen Maodong decoction were selected as the study group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of radiation pneumonia(44.00%)and myelosuppression(10.00%)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(72.00%and 28.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.046,5.263,P<0.05).The clinical efficacy and Karnofsky Performance Status scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammation indexes and quality of life scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of radiotherapy patients with Shashen Maidong Decoction can effectively prevent and cure radiation pneumonia,and has better advantages in radiation pneumonia,bone marrow suppression,Karnofsky Performance Status scores,inflammatory indicators and quality of life.
