摘要
高速磁浮列车结构形式特殊,与传统轮轨车辆的技术原理存在较大的差异。根据高速磁浮列车的受力特点,确定车体材料,设计合理的车体结构,参考相关标准,总结高速磁浮车静强度工况,对车体结构进行强度及模态分析;根据计算结果对车体进行结构优化,确定设计方案。结果表明:该车体结构满足磁浮列车轻量化要求,并满足全寿命周期内工况条件下强度和刚度的要求。
Due to the special structure of high-speed maglev train,its technical principles is quite different from that of traditional wheel-rail vehicles.According to the loading characteristics of the high-speed maglev train,the material of the carbody was determined and the carbody structure was reasonably designed.By referrence to relevant standards,the static strength conditions of the high-speed maglev train were summarized,and the analysis on the strength and modal of the carbody structure was conducted.In line with the calculation results,the structure of the carbody was optimized,and the design plan was finalized.The results show that the designed carbody structure can meet the lightweight requirements of the maglev train,and satisfy the needs of strength and stiffness under working conditions in its whole service cycle.
