摘要
运用文献资料法、个案分析法,以奥运遗产可持续发展为理论基础,以北京冬奥会遗产为研究对象,整合国际奥委会与北京冬奥组委遗产系列官方文件,从愿景理念、组织保障和活动内容3个视角进行分析和探讨。研究结果:北京冬奥会遗产工作在践行国际奥委会改革新要求的基础上承担起了我国重要历史阶段的使命担当,以共享未来为愿景,坚持绿色办奥、共享办奥、开放办奥和廉洁办奥理念,整合政府相关部门、北京冬奥组委、遗产协调工作委员会、北京奥运城市发展促进会及其他相关机构从不同层面共建组织保障,不仅充分完成了国际奥委会遗产内容的“规定动作”,同时深挖本土遗产,全力推进北京冬奥会体育、经济、社会、文化、环境、城市发展和区域发展7个方面遗产内容的落实与开展,呈现了极具中国特色的“北京方案”,为国际奥运遗产可持续发展贡献了中国智慧与中国经验。
By using the methods of literature review and case analysis,with the sustainable development of the Olympic legacy as theoretical basis,this paper takes the legacy of Beijing Winter Olympics as research object and discusses it from three perspectives:vision,organizational guarantee and activity contents based on the official documents of the International Olympic Committee(IOC)and Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.The results show that the legacy of Beijing Winter Olympics has assumed its mission in the important historical stage of China on the basis of implementing the new reform requirements of the IOC.With the vision of the Games with a Shared Future,and the concept of hosting green,inclusive,open and clean Games,integrating the relevant government departments,Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games,the Legacy Coordination Committee,Beijing Olympic City Development Association,and other relevant institutions to jointly build organizational guarantee at different levels.It has not only fully completed the“prescribed actions”of the IOC,but also deeply explored the local legacy,and fully promoted the implementation and development of sports,economy,society,culture,environment,urban development,region development of the legacy,which presents a“Beijing Plan”with great Chinese characteristics for the Olympic movement and contributes Chinese wisdom and experience to the sustainable development of the international Olympic legacy.
