摘要 基于矿用带式输送机托辊结构特征,构建托辊仿真模型,并根据分析结果提出托辊优化设计方案。根据有限元法思想,采用有限元仿真软件分别从托辊转动件和托辊轴两个角度实施托辊有限元仿真分析,并根据分析结果分别提出托辊转动件和托辊轴结构优化设计方案,最后将优化设计方案应用于工程实践,确认优化设计方案具有较强可行性。 Based on the structural characteristics of the mining belt conveyor rollers,a simulation model of the rollers is constructed,and the optimized design of the rollers is proposed according to the analysis results.Based on the finite element method,the finite element simulation software was used to implement the finite element simulation analysis of the rollers from two perspectives,namely the rotating parts of the rollers and the shaft of the rollers,and the optimized design scheme of the rotating parts of the rollers and the shaft of the rollers were proposed respectively according to the analysis results.
