摘要
基于综采工作面刮板输送机中部槽出现的磨损问题,对磨损产生的原因进行了分析,并通过熔覆技术对中部槽结构进行设计改进优化,通过对刮板输送机中部槽施加熔覆层并测试其强度发现,刮板输送机中部槽耐磨性及使用寿命得到显著提高。
Based on the wear problem of the central groove of the scraper conveyor at the comprehensive mining face,the causes of wear were analysed and the design of the central groove structure was improved and optimised by means of plasma cladding technology.
