摘要
为进一步提升工业生产制造的水平,提高产品的质量水平,机械手的应用需求将会越来越大。根据实际应用需求完成了机械手工作流程的设计,并确定了气动机械手的基本结构;完成了机械手气动元器件的选型和PLC顺序控制功能流程的设计。经测试验证,所设计的气动机械手具有较高的控制精度。
In order to further enhance the level of industrial production and manufacturing and improve the quality level of products,the application of manipulators will have an increasing demand;the design of the workflow of the manipulator is completed according to the actual application requirements and the basic structure of the pneumatic manipulator is determined;the selection of pneumatic components for the manipulator and the design of the PLC sequence control function flow are completed.After testing and verification,the designed pneumatic manipulator has high control accuracy.
