复合工况下液压支架顶梁及底座的应力作用仿真分析

摘要 液压支架进行支护的过程中承载作用复杂,在顶梁承受扭转载荷及底座承受两端载荷作用的复合工况下液压支架的受力状态最为复杂,对其性能具有较高的要求。采用有限元仿真的形式对其应力分布进行分析,结果表明,在复合工况作用下,液压支架的最大应力位于顶梁的位置处,液压支架的整体应力满足工作强度的需求。 The hydraulic support is complex in the process of support,and the stress state of the hydraulic support is most complicated under the composite working condition of the top beam bearing torsional load and the base bearing both ends of the load,which has high requirements on its performance.The results show that the maximum stress of the hydraulic bracket is located at the position of the top beam under the composite working condition,and the overall stress of the hydraulic bracket meets the requirements of working strength.
