摘要
教学病例讨论是培养住院医师临床思维的主要途径之一,是住院医师规范化培训的重要教学活动,检验医学科不直接参与患者管理及临床诊疗,病例讨论切入点及重点均与临床科室不同,保定市第一中心医院检验医学科专业基地不断探索及实践检验医学科特色的教学病例讨论流程,供同行参考。
Case discussion is one of the main ways to train residents' clinical thinking. It is an important teaching activity of standardized training for residents. Clinical Department does not directly participate in patient management and clinical diagnosis and treatment. The entry point and focus of case discussion are different from those of clinical departments. This training base continues to explore and practice the characteristic teaching case discussion process, providing reference for the domestic partners.
