摘要
目的分析小儿上呼吸道感染微生物检验中免疫荧光法的作用,为小儿上呼吸道感染微生物的检验提供帮助。方法纳入2021年6月—2022年6月福建省浦城县妇幼保健院收治的80例上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,均严格按照相关纳排标准选取,均取鼻咽分泌物,按标准操作展开免疫荧光法微生物检验,分析检验结果、病毒类型、月龄分布,以此明确小儿上呼吸道感染微生物检验中免疫荧光法的临床应用价值。结果80例上呼吸道感染患儿中,病毒抗原阳性70例,检出率为87.50%;分析病毒类型,呼吸道合胞病毒占比高于其他病毒类型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抗原阳性检出率最高的月龄段为1~6个月,其次为7~12个月,高于其他年龄段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫荧光法可迅速检验出小儿上呼吸道感染的病毒抗原阳性,操作简单、费用低廉,能够精确鉴别感染类型,为临床治疗提供有价值的参考,保障治疗的针对性,促进患儿康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the role of immunofluorescence method in microbiological examination of upper respiratory tract infection in children,and provide assistance for the testing of upper respiratory tract infections in children.Methods A total of 80 children with upper respiratory tract infections admitted to Fujian Province Pucheng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were included as the research subjects.They were strictly selected according to relevant inclusion and exclusion standards,and nasopharyngeal secretions were collected.Immunofluorescence microbiological testing was conducted according to standard procedures,and the results,virus types,and month-old distribution were analyzed to clarify the clinical application value of immunofluorescence in microbiological examination of upper respiratory tract infections in children.Results Out of 80 children with upper respiratory tract infections,70 were positive for viral antigens,with a detection rate of 87.50%;analysis of virus types showed that the proportion of respiratory syncytial viruses was higher than other virus types,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The month-old group with the highest antigen positive detection rate was 1-6 months,followed by 7-12 months,which were higher than other age groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The immunofluorescence method could quickly detect the positive viral antigen of upper respiratory tract infection in children,with simple operation and low cost.It could accurately identify the type of infection,provide valuable reference for clinical treatment,ensure targeted treatment,promote the recovery of children,and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
