Improvement Path of Innovation Network and Knowledge Flow Driving Regional Innovation Capability

摘要 为厘清区域创新网络与知识流动两个层面协同助推区域创新能力提升的复杂作用机制,并克服传统统计分析方法倾向于关注单个要素净效应的问题,基于组态视角的模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,整合创新网络层面与知识流动层面的6个要素,以我国29个省份为案例样本探索驱动区域创新能力有效提升的组态构型与发展路径。结果发现,单个要素并不构成驱动高区域创新能力的必要条件,同时,高知识扩散在解释区域创新驱动原理时扮演更为普遍的角色;高区域创新能力的驱动组态路径有3条,即高知识流动下的创新网络均衡型、高知识流动下的网络链接主导型和知识扩散-网络规模主导型;创新网络四要素在解释区域创新驱动机制时存在替代关系,产生非高区域创新能力的组态路径有4条,且与产生高区域创新能力的组态之间为非对称性关系。 In order to clarify the complex mechanism of the synergistic promotion of two levels of regional innovation network and knowledge flow in enhancing regional innovation capability,and to overcome the problem of traditional statistical analysis methods that tend to focus on the net effect of single factor.Based on the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method from the configurational perspective,six elements at the innovation network level and the knowledge flow level are integrated to explore the group configuration and development path that drive the effective improvement of regional innovation capability using 29 provinces in China as case samples It is found that a single factor does not constitute a necessary condition for driving high regional innovation capabilities,while high knowledge diffusion plays a more general role in explaining the driving principles of regional innovation.There are three types of driving configurations of high regional innovation capabilities,namely,"innovation network under high knowledge flow"balanced path,"network link under high knowledge flow"dominated path and"knowledge diffusion,network scale"dominated path.The four elements of the innovation network have substitution relationship when explaining the driving mechanism of regional innovation;there are four configurations that produce non-high regional innovation capability,and there is an asymmetric relationship with the configuration that produces high regional innovation capability.
