摘要
微织构对表面摩擦磨损有着显著的减缓和改善作用,已成为工程应用和工业研究的热点。重点阐述激光烧蚀制备织构的去除机理,并对纳秒、皮秒以及飞秒激光等各类加工织构的方法进行了对比分析,阐明织构在多种领域表面改性作用,重点说明了微织构减摩降磨与提高润滑效应的作用机理,分析和研究了织构的几何参数对摩擦性能的影响。
Microwoven has a significant effect on the slowing and improving of surface friction and wear,and has become a hot spot in engineering applications and industrial research.The removal mechanism of laser ablation preparation of textures is elaborated,and the methods of processing textures such as nanoseconds,picoseconds,and femtosecond lasers are compared and analyzed.At the same time,the surface modification effect of texture in various fields is clarified,the mechanism of microwoven structure in reducing friction and reducing wear and improving the lubrication effect is emphasized,and the influence of geometric parameters of texture on friction performance is analyzed and studied.
