老旧城区建筑抗震加固改造技术研究

摘要 随着建筑抗震中“三水准、两阶段”的提出,人们逐渐提高了建筑抗震加固手段的重视程度,但由于老旧城区建筑物在建造时抗震要求及标准相对较低,加之其使用时间过于长久,有必要采取抗震加固手段,并要注意建筑改造中结构之间的衔接,从而保证既有建筑的抗震效果。基于此,文章首先阐述了建筑物抗震加固的意义及原因,并分析了既有建筑抗震加固改造技术要点,最后结合实际案例,探究了改造加固技术的具体应用措施。 With the proposal of"three levels and two stages"in building seismic resistance,people have gradually increased the importance of building seismic reinforcement measures.However,due to the relatively low seismic requirements and standards during the construction of buildings in old urban areas,and their long service life,it is necessary to adopt seismic reinforcement measures and pay attention to the connection between structures in building renovation to ensure the seismic effect of existing buildings.Based on this,the article first elaborates on the significance and reasons of building seismic reinforcement,and analyzes the key points of existing building seismic reinforcement and renovation technology.Finally,combined with practical cases,it explores the specific application measures of renovation and reinforcement technology.
