悬浮法和乳液法PVC对NBR/PVC发泡材料的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过将三种不同型号的聚氯乙烯分别和丁腈橡胶共混,并添加硫化助剂、发泡助剂等助剂,经过混炼,挤出成型后将样品进行自由发泡,制备了NBR/PVC橡塑发泡材料。通过对混炼胶和泡沫相关性能的表征,说明了使用乳液法PVC(型号PR-450)的橡塑发泡材料具有更加完整的泡孔结构和更大的发泡的工艺窗口,为最优选。 In this paper,3 types of PVC was been mixing with nitrile rubber separately,adding vulcanization agent,foaming agent and other additives.By mixing and extrusion molding,primary samples were been prepared.Then samples were finished by foaming in a foaming oven,the preparation of NBR/PVC rubber foaming material.Through the characterization of the related properties of mixed rubber and foam,it is shows that latex PVC(model PR-450)rubber and plastic foaming material has more complete bubble structure and larger foaming process window,which is the best choice.
