摘要
在长期飞行的过程中,由于受到外界环境和自身结构的影响,飞机结构不可避免地会出现各种腐蚀。对于现役飞机来说,腐蚀不仅直接影响飞机的使用寿命,严重的还会造成生命和财产的损失。飞机结构腐蚀类型较多,主要有电化学腐蚀和应力腐蚀两大类,而电化学腐蚀往往是飞机结构腐蚀中最常见又严重的一种腐蚀现象。因此,文章分析电化学腐蚀的具体原因,针对不同的腐蚀原因提出不同的防护措施,降低飞机结构的电化学腐蚀的发生,保障飞机安全飞行。
In the process of long-term flight,due to the influence of the external environment and its own structure,the aircraft structure will inevitably appear a variety of corrosion.For the active aircraft,corrosion not only directly affects the service life of the aircraft,but also will cause the loss of life and property.There are many types of aircraft structure corrosion,mainly electrochemical corrosion and stress corrosion,and electrochemical corrosion is often the most common and serious corrosion phenomenon in aircraft structure corrosion.Therefore,analyzing the specif ic causes of electrochemical corrosion,adopting different protective measures for different corrosion reasons,reducing the occurrence of electrochemical corrosion in aircraft structures,and ensuring safe flight of aircraft.
