摘要
进入新时代后,中国社会经济发展速度日益加快,化工行业生产规模不断扩大、生产流程愈加复杂,存在于生产环节的各类风险问题很容易转化为安全事故。因此,为有序推动化工企业现代化发展进程,从根本上提升化工企业核心竞争力,在管理过程中还需要注重关注安全生产管理以及事故应急管理对策。文章分析了新时代背景下化工安全生产管理工作开展的必要性,提出了化工安全生产管理的要点和事故应急管理的策略。
The current socio-economic development speed is accelerating,the production scale of the chemical industry continues to expand,and the production process is becoming more complex.The risk problems existing in the production process are more easily converted into safety accidents.Therefore,in order to orderly promote the modernization development process of chemical enterprises and fundamentally enhance the core competitive level of chemical enterprises,it is also necessary to pay attention to safety production management and accident emergency management countermeasures in the management process.In view of the above background,this article f irst analyzes the necessity of carrying out chemical safety production work in the new environment.Propose key points of chemical safety production management and formulate emergency management measures for accidents,with a view to providing theoretical assistance to relevant staff.
