300 t钢包包沿浇注料材质的优化及砌筑结构的改进

Optimization of 300 t steel ladle edge castable and improvement of masonry structure

摘要 钢包炉精炼工序加废钢能导致钢包液面控制不稳定、包沿部位粘渣和异常侵蚀现象明显,通过采取优化钢包包沿压砖板尺寸、应用L型渣线砖、提升浇注料质量等措施,钢包包沿因异常侵蚀而导致的钢包非计划下线比例降低了70%,有效控制了包沿部位穿钢事故的发生。 Adding scrap steel in refining process of ladle furnace will lead to unstable control of ladle liquid level,slagging and abnormal erosion,by taking measures such as optimizing the size of ladle egde brick press,applying L-shaped slag line brick and improving the quality of castable,the unplanned offline ratio of ladle due to abnormal erosion has been reduced by 70%,the steel-piercing accident in ladle edge is effectively controlled.
