摘要
目的系统评价隔姜灸用于糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的疗效。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed等中英文数据库中关于隔姜灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2023年3月,并运用RevMan 5.3软件对符合条件的入选文献进行Meta分析。结果13篇文献被纳入分析,结果显示,与常规治疗组相比,其有效率〔RR=1.32,95%CI(1.23,1.42),P<0.00001〕,腹胀〔WMD=-0.57,95%CI(-0.69,-0.46),P<0.00001〕,嗳气〔WMD=-0.46,95%CI(-0.62,-0.31),P<0.00001〕,大便性状〔WMD=-0.48,95%CI(-0.75,-0.21),P=0.0004〕,复发率〔RR=0.45,95%CI(0.24,0.85),P=0.01〕和餐后两小时血糖〔WMD=-0.83,95%CI(-1.51,-0.14),P=0.02〕均有一定的改善。结论隔姜灸能够提高糖尿病患者的临床疗效,降低餐后两小时血糖,改善腹胀,嗳气,大便性状的症状积分和疾病复发率,但纳入研究的质量有待于进一步提升,未来需要高质量的循证支持。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of ginger-separated moxibustion on diabetic gastroparesis.Methods The Randomized controlled trial of ginger-separated moxibustion in treating diabetes gastroparesis was retrieved from CNKI,PubMed,and other databases,and meta-analysis was conducted on eligible selected literature using RevMan 5.3 software.The search deadline is from database establishment to March 2023.Results Thirteen literatures were included in the analysis,and the results revealed that compared with the conventional treatment group,the effective rate of ginger moxibustion〔RR=1.32,95%CI(1.23,1.42),P<0.00001〕,abdominal distension〔WMD=-0.57,95%CI(-0.69,-0.46),P<0.00001〕,belching〔WMD=-0.46,95%CI(-0.62,-0.31),P<0.00001〕,fecal traits〔WMD=-0.48,95%CI(-0.75,-0.21),P=0.0004〕,recurrence rate〔RR=0.45,95%CI(0.24,0.85),P=0.01〕,and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose〔WMD=-0.83,95%CI(-1.51,-0.14),P=0.02〕had some improvement.Conclusion Ginger-separated moxibustion can raise diabetic patients’clinical efficacy,reduce the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and disease recurrence rate,and improve the symptom score of abdominal distension,belching,and fecal traits.However,the quality of inclusion in the study needs to be further improved,and high-quality evidence-based support is needed in the future.The diabetic patients’clinical efficacy was raised,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and disease recurrence rate was reduced,and the symptom score of abdominal distension,belching,and fecal traits was improved by ginger-separated moxibustion.However,the quality of inclusion in the study needs to be further improved,and high-quality evidence-based support is needed in the future.
