摘要
从源头上看,发展主体是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的重要依托。借鉴马克思主义主体性理论可知,主体自觉正是推进有效衔接的核心意涵,不仅能够充实衔接力量和凝聚内生发展动力,还能创造乡村振兴氛围和集聚振兴智慧。但在实践中巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴的有效衔接却面临诸多主体性挑战,包括部分主体对衔接工作理解度较低、部分主体的衔接振兴实践较慢、农民群体诉求发声较少和主体间相互监督虚置等内容。为此,理应强化主体自觉来促进巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴的高质量衔接。一方面,高效促进主体“脱贫认同”转成“振兴认同”,并确保实现“引导脱贫”指向主体“主动振兴”;另一方面,积极应用“脱贫新路”充实主体“振兴创新”,同时引导“脱贫监督”升级为“主体互督”。
From the source,the development subject is an important support for consolidating and expanding the effective connection between poverty eradication and rural revitalization.From the Marxist theory of subjectivity,it can be seen that the consciousness of the subject is the core of promoting effective linkage,which can not only enrich the power of linkage and gather endogenous development momentum,but also create an atmosphere for rural revitalization and gather wisdom for revitalization.However,in practice,the effective articulation of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty eradication and ruralrevitalization is prone to face many subjective challenges,including the low understanding of some subjects of the connection work,the slow practice of articulating revitalization by some subjects,the low voice of farmers'group demands,and the lack of mutual supervision between subjects.Therefore,we should strengthen the subjective consciousness to promote the consolidation and expansion of the achievements of poverty alleviation and the high-quality connection of rural revitalization.For one thing,we should effectively promote the transformation of"identity with poverty relief"of the subject into"identity with revitalization",and ensure that"guiding alleviate poverty"moves toward"taking the initiative to revitalize"of the subject.For another,we should actively apply the"new roads to poverty alleviation"to enrich the"revitalization and innovation"of the subject,and upgrade the"poverty alleviation supervision"to"mutual supervision of the subjects".
