摘要
退役运动员创业就业关乎竞技体育新格局的协调发展。采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法对退役运动员创业意愿影响因素的组态进行实证研究。结果发现:①退役运动员创业意愿的影响因素是由人力资本、社会资本、资金资本和政策支持相互组合构成,通过6条不同组态等效激发和强化创业意愿。②单一因素不足以强化退役运动员的创业意愿,但缺失单一因素会弱化创业意愿,强化创业意愿和弱化创业意愿的路径具有因果非对称的特点。③专用性人力资本、后致性社会资本和资金支持是强化创业意愿的核心驱动因素。专用性人力资本作为创业意愿的核心条件,通用性人力资本作为创业意愿的辅助条件存在互补效应;社会资本在强创业意愿的组态中均作为核心或辅助存在条件出现,先赋性社会资本和后致性社会资本存在替代关系;资金支持和政策支持在激发和强化创业意愿过程中发挥重要作用,且存在等效替代关系。
The employment and entrepreneurial intentions of retired athletes are crucial for the harmonious development of the sports industry.This study empirically investigates the configuration of factors influencing the entrepreneurial intentions of retired athletes using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA).The research findings are as follows:1)The influencing factors on entrepreneurial intentions among retired athletes consist of human capital,social capital,financial capital,and policy support,which combine in various configurations to stimulate and strengthen entrepreneurial intentions.2)A single factor alone is insufficient to enhance the entrepreneurial intentions of retired athletes,but the absence of a single factor weakens these intentions.The paths of strengthening and weakening entrepreneurial intentions exhibit causal asymmetry.3)Specialized human capital,subsequent social capital,and financial support are identified as the core driving factors that strengthen entrepreneurial intentions.Specialized human capital acts as a fundamental condition for entrepreneurial intentions,while general human capital serves as a complementary condition.Social capital appears as either a core or supporting condition in configurations that enhance entrepreneurial intentions,and there is a substitution relationship between endogenous and subsequent social capital.Financial support and policy support play important roles in stimulating and reinforcing entrepreneurial intentions,and they exhibit an equivalent substitution relationship.
