不同磷酸盐供应水平下植物细胞胞内及胞外ATP水平的变化及一氧化氮的调节作用 被引量:2

Changes in intracellular and extracellular ATP levels in plant cells under different phosphate supply levels and regulation of nitric oxide

摘要 以BY-2烟草悬浮细胞为实验材料,探究在不同磷酸盐供应水平下细胞内ATP(iATP)、细胞外ATP(eATP)水平的变化以及NO在其中的调节作用.结果表明,随着磷酸盐供应水平的增加,iATP水平呈现上升趋势;伴随着iATP的上升,eATP也呈现相似的变化.与ATP的变化不同,随着磷酸盐供应水平的增加NO水平呈现下降趋势.在正常水平磷酸盐供应下,NO供应剂可增加iATP和eATP水平;NO合成抑制剂降低了iATP和eATP水平.在较低和较高水平的磷酸盐供应下,NO供应剂和合成抑制剂对于iATP和eATP水平的影响呈现与正常水平磷酸盐供应下不同的调节效应,表明磷酸盐供应水平能够影响iATP和eATP的水平;NO对细胞ATP水平具有调节作用,其调节效应与环境磷酸盐供应水平有关. BY-2 tobacco suspension cells were used as experimental materials to investigate the changes in the intracellular ATP(iATP)and extracellular ATP(eATP)levels under different levels of phosphate supply and the regulatory role of nitric oxide in this process.The results showed that the level of iATP increased with the increasing level of phosphate supply,which was followed by an increase of eATP level and decrease of the content of NO.Under a normal level of phosphate supply,the application of NO donor increased the levels of iATP and eATP,while the inhibitor of NO synthesis reduced that of iATP and eATP.Under the condition of either a lower or high level of phosphate supply,the effects of NO donor and inhibitor of NO synthesis on the iATP and eATP levels were different from those under a normal level of phosphate supply.These studies suggested that differences in the levels of phosphate supply could affect the levels of iATP and eATP in plant cells.NO could play a role in regulating the changes in iATP and eATP levels,but the regulatory effect of NO in this process was related to the level of phosphate supply.
