摘要
为研究长春师范大学主校区校园内昆虫物种多样性的差异及产生原因,根据校园内植被类型、分布特点及人类活动情况,选取校园内3种不同生境对昆虫进行调查,利用Shannon-Wiener指数、Margalef指数、Simpson指数和Jaccard相似系数分析昆虫多样性、丰富度、优势度和相似性。结果表明,校园内共采集昆虫798头,隶属于7目34科,其中双翅目和鞘翅目昆虫数量较多,3种生境昆虫多样性和丰富度由大到小依次为:A区、B区、C区,优势度由大到小依次为:B区、A区、C区,A区和B区昆虫相似性最高。
In order to study the differences and causes of insect species diversity in different habitats on the main campus of Changchun Normal University,three typical habitats were selected according to vegetation types,distribution characteristics and human activities on campus.The diversity,richness,dominance and similarity coefficients of insects in three habitats were analyzed by Shannon-Wiener index,Margalef index,Simpson index and Jaecard similarity coefficient.The results showed that a total of 798 insects were collected in the three plots,belonging to 7 orders and 34 families.Diptera and Coleoptera were higher than others.The insect diversity and richness of the three plots were in the order of A,B,C,and the dominance was in the order of B,A,C,with the highest insect similarity was between A and B.
