摘要
六经头痛片是国家二级中药保护品种,在治疗头痛方面有良好的临床表现,六经头痛片由《太平惠民和剂局方》中川芎茶调散加减而成,本研究通过对川芎茶调散及其类方进行文献溯源和用药分析,结合六经头痛片的组成及功效,认为六经头痛片延续了川芎茶调散辛散祛风止痛的功效,增加了补肝肾之阴的作用,使全方发挥了上下同治、标本兼顾的效果。
Liujing Headache Tablet belongs to the national second-class protected variety of traditional Chinese medicine,and has good clinical performance in the treatment of headache.Liujing Headache Tablet is modified from Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder in Prescriptions of Peaceful Benevolent Dispensary.In this study,based on the literature tracing and medication analysis of Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder and its associated prescriptions,combined with the composition and efficacy of Liujing Headache Tablet,it is believed that Liujing Headache Tablet has the same effect of Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder of dispelling wind and relieving pain,and has the additional effect of tonifying the liver-Yin and kidney-Yin,which plays the effects of treating both the upper and lower part and addressing both the root cause and symptoms.
