摘要
目的:分析孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗成年支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月成都市青白江区人民医院收治的84例成年支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各42例。对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,研究组给予布地奈德福莫特罗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组患者临床症状及体征缓解时间、肺功能、生活质量、治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组气促、咳嗽、憋喘、湿啰音、哮鸣音缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,研究组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、呼气流量峰值水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗成年支气管哮喘的效果显著,能够改善患者肺功能,提高生活质量,快速缓解临床症状及体征,安全性高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide formoterol in the treatment of adult bronchial asthma.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2021,84 adult patients with bronchial asthma in Chengdu Qingbaijiang District People′s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol,and the study group was treated with budesonide formoterol and montelukast sodium.The time of remission of clinical symptoms and signs,pulmonary function,quality of life,treatment effectiveness and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results::The remission time of shortness of breath,cough,dyspnea,wet rales and wheezing in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 s,forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide formoterol has a significant effect in the treatment of adult bronchial asthma,which can improve lung function,improve quality of life,rapidly relieve clinical symptoms and signs,and have high safety.
