摘要
通过释读《武威汉代医简》相关简文,分析其所载“肺腧”定位的表述方式,并结合传世文献,探寻其具体定位,梳理其演变脉络。《武威汉代医简》所载“肺腧”与后世的厥阴俞在定位、主治方面十分契合,可补全厥阴俞演变进程的缺失环节,故《武威汉代医简》所载“肺腧”应即为后世厥阴俞。且通过对比古今厥阴俞主治功效,参考现代临床报道,厥阴俞的功效主治应还存在进一步研究与补充的空间,比如可用于初步探查病变脏器及治疗肝胆病所致胀满。
By interpreting the relevant articles in the Medical Wooden Slips of the Han Dynasty in Wuwei,this article analyzed the expression of the positioning of the"Feishu"contained in it,and combining with handed down literature,exploring its specific positioning and sorting out its evolution.The"Feishu"recorded in Medical Wooden Slips of the Han Dynasty in Wuwei is very consistent with Jueyinshu(BL14)in later generations in terms of location and indications,which can complement the missing link in the evolution process of Jueyinshu(BL14).The"Feishu"recorded in the ancient Medical Wooden Slips of the Han Dynasty in Wuwei should be Jueyinshu(BL14)in later generations.Further more,by comparing the therapeutic effects of Jueyinshu(BL14)between ancient and modern times,and referring to modern clinical reports,there should be further research and supplementation space for the therapeutic effects of Jueyinshu(BL14).It can be used for preliminary exploration of diseased organs and treatment of bloating caused by liver and gallbladder diseases.
