摘要
青光眼是眼科常见的致盲眼病,对视神经有着持续性不可逆性的损害,本文基于玄府理论,对青光眼视神经损害的病因病机进行了详细探究,并且阐明了开通玄府保护青光眼视神经损害的可行性,认为青光眼视神经损害的病机,是因玄府闭塞,气血运行受阻,目之神水瘀滞于内,致使目失濡养而发。治疗时,当以开通玄府为治则,开通气血运行之脉络、神水循环之通道,进而行整体辨证予以对症治疗,达到对青光眼视神经保护的作用。
Glaucoma is a common blinding eye disease in ophthalmology,which causes sustained and irreversible damage to the optic nerve.Based on Xuan-fu theory,this article conducts a detailed exploration on the etiology and pathogenesis of glaucomatous optic nerve damage,and elucidates the feasibility of opening Xuan-fu to protect the optic nerve damage caused by glaucoma.It is believed that the pathogenesis of glaucomatous optic nerve damage is due to the blockage of Xuan-fu,obstruction of Qi and blood circulation,and stagnation of the eye´s vital essence and fluids,which leads to the loss of nourishment,thus ultimately resulting in optic nerve damage.Opening Xuan-fu should be the guiding principle in the treatment,which can promote the circulation of Qi and blood,and the circulation of vital essence and fluids.Further overall syndrome differentiation is also applied to treat the disease in accordance with the symptoms,in order to achieve the protective effect on the optic nerve in glaucoma.
