摘要
视神经萎缩是由多种原因导致视网膜—膝状体通路损害的致盲性眼病,临床表现为不同程度的视功能障碍。“对穴理论”作为现代针灸辨证取穴的基础,揭示了针灸处方配穴的一般规律。韦企平教授继承先辈经验结合临床实际,归纳“韦氏三联九针”疗法治疗视神经疾病,改善视功能疗效确切,其中,睛明和风池作为韦氏眼科常用对穴之一,也是临床治疗视神经萎缩中取穴频次最高的2个穴位。故本文以睛明和风池为重点,从中医调畅气机和现代医学2个方面探讨对穴治疗视神经萎缩的一般思路。
Optic atrophy(OA)is a blinding eye disease caused by the damages of to the retina-geniculate body pathway due to various reasons,with clinical manifestations of varying degrees of visual dysfunction.As the basis of modern acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation,the"pair acupoints theory"reveals the general rules of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription.Professor WEI Qiping inherited the experience of his predecessors and combined it with clinical practice to summarize the"Wei´s Triple Nine-needle Therapy"in the treatment of optic nerve diseases,which has achieved definite therapeutic effects on improving visual function.Jingming and Fengchi are the two commonly used acupoints in WEI´s ophthalmology,which are also the two acupoints with the highest frequency of acupoint selection in clinical treatment of optic atrophy.Therefore,this paper focuses on Jingming and Fengchi,and explores the general thought of applying pair acupoints therapy in the treatment of optic atrophy from two aspects:the regulation of Qi´with Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern medicine.
