摘要
“一带一路”的内涵较为丰富,覆盖的区域较广,涉及面广泛,面临着众多的挑战。小语种人才作为“一带一路”建设的领航者还不能够满足于趋势发展的新需求,还有众多的不足之处,需要实施各种方式培养各个专业小语种人才文化交际。目前以我国的制浆造纸产业为例,对此领域中的跨文化交际人才培养提出客观需求。当下对小语种高等教育培养模式单一、课堂目标不明确、教学理念落后等几大因素制约了我国造纸专业跨文化交际应用型人才培养的主要障碍。在“一带一路”提倡下,新时代必须从国外合作交流、明确价值导向、创新小语种教育理念和手段等方面入手,全面的提升高校造纸专业外语的人才培养质量,针对其中的问题提出解决方法与优化策略。旨为我国造纸领域在“一带一路”背景下造纸专业外语人才培养提出伦理借鉴。
The connotation of“One Belt and One Road”is rich,covers a wide area,involves a wide range,and faces many challenges.As the leaders of the construction of the“One Belt and One Road”,minority language talents are still unable to meet the new needs of the trend development,and there are still many shortcomings.It is necessary to implement various ways to cultivate the cultural communication of various professional minority language talents.Taking the pulp and paper making industry in our country as an example,the author puts forward objective demand for the cross-cultural communication personnel training.At present,the main obstacles to the cultivation of applied cross-cultural communication talents for paper making professional are the single training model,unclear classroom goals and backward teaching concepts of minority higher education.Under the advocation of“One Belt and One Road”,the new era must start from the aspects of foreign cooperation and exchange,clear value orientation,innovation of minor language education concepts and means,comprehensively improve the quality of foreign language talent training for paper making majors in colleges and universities,and put forward solutions and optimization strategies for the problems.This paper aims to provide ethical reference for the paper making professional foreign language talents training under the background of“One Belt and One Road”.
