摘要
基于绿色发展概念,分析绿色技术创新对皮革企业的重要性及皮革企业成本控制存在的问题,提出皮革企业需要提高成本管理观念,全方位认识到成本控制的重要性,同时建立成本控制中心,强化成本管理体制的构建及成本预算管控,注重人才的培养和员工素质的提高,促使成本控制措施在企业得到有效实施,进而实现企业战略发展目标。
Based on the concept of green development,the importance of green technology innovation for leather enterprise and leather enterprise cost control problems was analyzed.It is put forward that leather enterprises need to improve cost management idea,realize the importance of cost control in all directions,establish cost control center,strengthen the cost management system building and cost budget control,pay attention to the cultivation of talents and the improvement of staff quality,thus promoting the effective implementation of cost control measures in the enter⁃prise,and achieving the strategic development goals of enterprise.
