摘要
党的二十大报告提出,全面推进乡村振兴。推进乡村振兴,振兴乡村人才是关键。立足乡村振兴战略背景下农村职业教育人才培养的发展现状,针对我国农村职业教育目前出现的人才培养定位偏移、人才培养体系不完善、专业及课程设置不合理、实践教学不落地、师资力量欠缺等诸多现实问题,进一步明确开放大学助力乡村振兴人才培养的定位。深度剖析开放大学助力乡村振兴人才培养的优势,紧扣全面推进乡村振兴战略的历史使命和乡村人才振兴的重要目标,提出开放大学助力乡村振兴人才培养的实施路径。明确人才培养定位,完善人才培养体系;创新人才培养模式,健全培训长效机制;对接地方产业需求,完善专业课程建设;打造“双师型”教师团队,创建特色运作模式。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposes to promote the revitalization of rural areas in an all-round way.To promote the revitalization of rural areas,the revitalization of rural talents is the key.Based on the current situation of the development of rural vocational education in the context of the strategy of rural revitalization,and in view of the current misorientation of talent training in rural vocational education in China and the imperfection of the talent training system,there are many practical problems,such as unreasonable specialty and curriculum setting,ungrounded practice teaching,and lack of teachers,etc.This paper analyzes the advantages of open universities in promoting the cultivation of talents for rural revitalization,which is closely related to the historical mission of promoting the strategy of rural revitalization and the important goal of rural talents revitalization,proposes an implementation path for open universities to assist the talent cultivation for rural revitalization.It is necessary to make clear the orientation of talent cultivation,improve the training system,innovate the training mode,improve the long-term mechanism of training,meet the needs of local industries,improve the construction of professional courses,and build a team of“Double-qualified”teachers,and create a featured mode of operation.
