摘要
目的观察妊娠期糖尿病患者分娩后新生儿低血糖的预防及护理效果分析。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月泉州市妇幼保健院收治的以妊娠期糖尿病单胎妊娠分娩产妇100例,以随机数表法分成两组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受预防性护理。比较两组新生儿在出生后不同时间段内的血糖水平、低血糖发生情况及产妇对护理的满意率。结果研究组新生儿出生后不同时间点血糖指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿低血糖发生率低于对照组,研究组产妇对护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者中,开展相关的预防性护理措施,可显著改善新生儿在出生后不同时间段的血糖指标水平,显著的降低新生儿低血糖的发生率,提升产妇对于护理的满意率。
Objective To observe the prevention and nursing effect of postpartum neonatal hypoglycemia in patients with gestational diabetes Mellitus.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,100 pregnant women with diabetes in pregnancy who were admitted to Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received preventive care.Compared the blood glucose levels of newborns at different time periods after birth,incidence of hypoglycemia,and maternal satisfaction with care between two groups.Results The blood glucose indicators of newborns in the study group at different time points after birth were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in newborns in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing care among mothers in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,carrying out relevant preventive nursing measures can significantly improve the blood glucose index levels of newborns at different time periods after birth,significantly reduce the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia,and improve maternal nursing care satisfaction rate.
