摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)治疗中二甲双胍联合利拉鲁肽对患者血糖控制的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月盐田区人民医院永安社区健康服务中心收治的80例T2DM患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(40例)与研究组(40例),对照组行二甲双胍治疗,研究组行二甲双胍联合利拉鲁肽治疗。比较两组治疗前后血糖、胰岛功能指标水平与治疗后HbAlc恢复正常时间、2 hPG、FPG达标时间、总有效率及不良反应。结果两组治疗前HbA1c、2 hPG、FPG、空腹C钛、HOMA-IR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后HbA1c、2 hPG、FPG、空腹C钛、HOMA-IR明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后HbA1c、2 hPG、FPG、空腹C钛、HOMA-IR明显低于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,HbA1c恢复正常时间、2 hPG达标时间、FPG达标时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组排便次数增加、恶心呕吐、食欲下降发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论T2DM治疗中二甲双胍联合利拉鲁肽效果显著,可有效控制患者血糖水平,改善胰岛功能,且不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective To study the effect of metformin combined with liraglutide on patients'glycemic control in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 80 patients with T2DM admitted to Yong'an Community Health Service Center of Yantian District People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases),the control group was treated with metformin and the study group was treated with metformin combined with liraglutide.The levels of blood glucose and pancreatic function indexes before and after treatment,the time to normalize HbA1c,the time to reach the standard of 2 hPG and FPG,the overall efficiency and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in HbA1c,2 hPG,FPG,fasting C titanium and HOMA-IR between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).HbA1c,2 hPG,FPG,fasting C titanium and HOMA-IR were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,HbA1c,2 hPG,FPG,fasting C titanium,and HOMA-IR were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the time to return HbAlc to normal,time to reach the standard for 2 hPG,and time to reach the standard for FPG were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the incidence of increased number of bowel movements,nausea and vomiting,and decreased appetite between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with liraglutide is effective in the treatment of T2DM,which can effectively control patients'blood glucose level and improve pancreatic islet function with few adverse effects and high safety.
