摘要
目的探讨全程护理在糖尿病合并心脏外科冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者围术期中的应用分析。方法选择2020年7月—2022年7月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的60例冠心病合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,经随机数表法分为两组,分别采取传统护理、全程护理模式干预。比较两组患者血糖监测水平、心功能及生命质量状况。结果护理后,观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.113、3.207、3.866,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组LVEDVI、LVESVI、LVMI、LVEF心功能指标水平较对照组改善程度更加明显,差异有统计学意义(t=3.616、4.442、5.893、3.797,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组MLHFQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.696,P<0.05)。结论全程护理在冠心病合并糖尿病术后患者应用中能更有效地控制心功能水平,有助于糖尿病血糖指标的调节、控制,同时能提高患者的术后生命质量。
Objective To explore the analysis of the application of whole-course care in the perioperative period of patients with diabetes mellitus combined with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in cardiac surgery.Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,and were respectively treated with traditional nursing and whole-course nursing intervention mode.Blood glucose monitoring level,heart function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.113,3.207,3.866,P<0.05).After nursing,the improvement of LVEDVI,LVESVI,LVMI and LVEF cardiac function indexes in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.616,4.442,5.893,3.797,P<0.05).After nursing,the MLHFQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.696,P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-course nursing can effectively control the level of cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes after surgery,help to regulate and control diabetic blood sugar index,and improve the postoperative quality of life of patients.
