摘要
目的探究在并发糖尿病患者的临床护理工作中,应用精细化手术室护理干预对其术后血糖水平、切口感染发生率产生的影响。方法回顾性选取2021年5月—2022年5月联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院收治的150例并发糖尿病且接受手术治疗的患者的临床资料,对其行规范分组,每组75例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组予以精细化手术室护理干预。对比两组血糖水平、术后切口感染率、生活质量。结果术后,观察组血糖控制效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后切口感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在并发糖尿病患者的临床护理工作中应用精细化手术室护理干预的可行性较高,可显著改善患者术后血糖水平并降低切口感染发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying refined operating room nursing interventions on postoperative blood glucose levels and the incidence of incisional infections in the clinical care of patients with complicated diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with concurrent diabetes who received surgical treatment in the 90th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from May 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively selected,and standardized group was performed on them,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received refined operating room nursing intervention.Blood glucose level,postoperative incision infection rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the blood glucose control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative incision infection in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to apply refined operating room nursing intervention in clinical nursing of patients with concurrent diabetes,which can significantly improve the postoperative blood glucose level of patients and reduce the incidence of incision infection.
