摘要
目的分析评估老年糖尿病患者护理期间采取精细护理模式的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年6月—2022年6月福建省三明市第一医院收治的老年糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,经随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。前者实施常规护理,后者以常规护理为基础应用精细护理,对比两组血糖水平、护理满意度、患者自我管理能力。结果护理前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组血糖控制效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组合理饮食、用药依从性、合理运动、血糖监测等自我管理能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者接受精细护理干预可以有效控制血糖水平,能够全面提升患者自我管理能力,有利于促进护患关系和谐发展,取得的效果得到了患者认可以及肯定。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of fine care model during the care of elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to the First Hospital of Sanming City,Fujian Province from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The former implemented routine nursing,the latter applied fine nursing based on routine nursing,and compared the blood glucose level,nursing satisfaction and patients'self-management ability between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-management ability such as rational diet,medication compliance,reasonable exercise and blood glucose monitoring in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing intervention for diabetic patients can effectively control blood sugar level,comprehensively improve patients'self-management ability,and promote the harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship.The results obtained have been recognized and affirmed by patients.
