摘要
目的探究临床护理干预模式在糖尿病合并高血脂患者中的应用可行性。方法选择2020年3月—2021年3月在泉州市第一医院就诊的糖尿病合并高血脂患者82例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施临床护理干预,对比两组患者血糖水平、血脂水平以及恢复质量。结果观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后1 h血糖(1 hPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组身体舒适度、情绪状态、自理能力、心理支持以及疼痛评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血脂患者应用临床护理干预模式,能够显著调节患者血糖水平、改善血脂水平,提高恢复质量,选择优越性较高。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of the application of clinical care intervention model in patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 82 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received clinical nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,blood lipid level and recovery quality of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),1-hour postprandial plasma glucose(1 hPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group were significantly better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical comfort,emotional state,self-care ability,psychological support and pain in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing intervention mode in diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia can significantly regulate the blood glucose level,improve the blood lipid level,improve the recovery quality,and has higher selection advantages.
