摘要
目的探究预防糖尿病患者产生下肢静脉血栓的有效护理措施。方法随机选择2020年6月—2022年6月泉州市第一医院收治的糖尿病患者60例,按照信封法分为参照组(n=30)及研究组(n=30),参照组选择常规护理,研究组接受循证护理。比较两组临床护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者血糖水平均降低,且研究组明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组下肢深静脉血栓发生率(3.33%)明显低于参照组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05);护理后研究组生活质量评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病患者循证护理干预,在患者血糖水平得到明显改善的同时,还可减少患者下肢深静脉血栓发生情况,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To investigate the effective nursing measures to prevent lower limb venous thrombosis in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 60 diabetic patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into the reference group(n=30)and the study group(n=30)according to envelope method.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group received evidence-based nursing.The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c levels between the two groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level of both groups was decreased,and the study group was significantly lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in the study group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group(23.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).The quality of life score of the nursing study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidencebased nursing intervention for patients with diabetes can not only significantly improve the blood sugar level of patients,but also reduce the incidence of Deep vein thrombosis of patients'lower limbs,with significant clinical value.
