胰岛素泵对小儿1型糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨给予小儿1型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗后对其糖代谢等产生的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年5月平度市人民医院收治的84例小儿1型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组42例,参照组实施门冬胰岛素治疗,研究组实施胰岛素泵治疗。对比两组每日胰岛素用量、糖化血红蛋白水平、平均注射疼痛率、临床治愈率、治疗总有效率、严重低血糖发生率、酮症酸中毒发生率。结果研究组胰岛素用量少于参照组,糖化血红蛋白水平以及平均注射疼痛率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治愈率、治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组低血糖、酮症酸中毒发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在小儿1型糖尿病患者治疗期间有效应用胰岛素泵,可显著减少患儿的每日胰岛素用量,有效降低糖化血红蛋白水平、平均注射疼痛率,显著提高临床治愈率、治疗总有效率,同时显著降低严重低血糖、酮症酸中毒发生率,可见安全性、有效性均显著,可促进小儿1型糖尿病预后水平的提升。 Objective To investigate the effects of insulin pump therapy on glucose metabolism in pediatric patients with type 1 diabetes.Methods 84 cases of children with Type 1 diabetes admitted to Pingdu People's Hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Insulin aspart,the study group was treated with Insulin pump.The daily insulin dosage,the level of Glycated hemoglobin,the average injection pain rate,the clinical cure rate,the total effective rate of treatment,the incidence of severe hypoglycemia,and the incidence of ketoacidosis were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of insulin used in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the level of glycated hemoglobin and the average injection pain rate were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of pediatric type 1 diabetes mellitus patients,the effective application of insulin pump can significantly reduce the daily insulin dosage,effectively reduce the glycosylated hemoglobin level and the average injection pain rate,and significantly increase the clinical cure rate and total treatment efficiency.Meanwhile,the incidence of severe hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis were significantly reduced,which showed significant safety and efficacy,and could promote the prognosis level of pediatric type 1 diabetes.
