摘要
超级电容器是相比于锂离子电池等传统电池更具有优势的电容技术。电极材料是超级电容器中最重要的组成部分,它决定了超级电容器的性能,故在研究时引起了学者们的高度关注。由于电极材料的不同,在储能机理上具有不同的性质与差别。金属化合物作为电极材料中理论比电容优良的材料,具有很高的研究价值。着重围绕金属氧化物、金属硫化物以及金属氢氧化物3个方面分析,对当前金属化合物作为超级电容器电极材料发展方向和相应的研究进展进行归纳,目的是对金属化合物作超级电容器电极材料方面的优劣势进行一定的认识,从而在其发展研究上提供一些参考。
Supercapacitors are more advantageous capacitor technologies than traditional batteries such as lithium-ion batteries.Electrode material is the most important component of supercapacitor,which determines the performance of supercapacitor,so it has attracted great attention of scholars during research.Due to the different electrode materials,there are different properties and differences in the energy storage mechanism.Metal compounds,as electrode materials with excellent theoretical specific capacitance,have high research value.In this paper,metal oxides,metal sulfides,and metal hydroxides were analyzed,and the current development direction and corresponding research progress of metal compounds as electrode materials for supercapacitors were summarized.The purpose was to have a certain understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of metal compounds as electrode materials for supercapacitors,so as to provide some reference for their development research.
