摘要
习近平总书记高度重视精神的力量,对中国精神有着丰富的论述。党的十八大之前,习近平同志在地方工作期间,一直关注对工作所在地的革命、建设、改革过程中形成的相关精神的提炼、概括和升华,这构成了他对中国精神的初步探索。党的十八大之后至第十三届全国人民代表大会第一次会议之前,习近平总书记明确提出“中国精神”概念,论述中国精神的具体形态,不断注解、阐发中国精神的丰富内涵。在第十三届全国人民代表大会第一次会议上,习近平总书记以新的视角再次集中论述中国精神,之后注重对历史事件、时代实践以及实践主体精神的凝练,赋予中国精神更鲜明的时代性,对中国精神论述进一步丰富与深化。习近平总书记关于中国精神重要论述的形成与发展过程不仅表现出阶段性特点,而且有其内在的历史、理论与实践逻辑。
General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the power of spirit and has a rich and important discussion on Chinese spirit.Before the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,during his local work,Comrade Xi Jinping always paid attention to the refinement,generalization and sublimation of the relevant spirit formed in the process of revolution,construction and reform in the local area where he worked,which constituted his preliminary exploration of the Chinese spirit.After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and before the first session of the 13th National People's Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward the concept of“Chinese spirit”,constantly discussed the specific form of Chinese spirit,and constantly annotated and expounded the rich connotation of Chinese spirit.At the first session of the 13th National People's Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping once again focused on the Chinese spirit from a new perspective,and since then,he has focused on condensing the historical events,the times practice and the spirit of the practice subject,and paid more attention to giving the Chinese spirit a more distinctive era,showing the richness and deepening of the discussion of the Chinese spirit.The formation and development process of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Discourse on Chinese Spirit not only exhibits phased characteristics,but also has its inherent historical,theoretical,and practical logic.
