摘要
以绿源一号香瓜茄扦插幼苗为试材,通过水培试验,探究不同浓度(0、75、150 mmol/L)NaCl胁迫对其生长特性和光合色素含量的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增高,香瓜茄幼苗的株高、叶面积和光合色素含量均呈现下降的趋势,叶片相对电导率呈现增高的趋势,各处理间茎粗差异不显著。总体来看,NaCl胁迫会对香瓜茄幼苗生长及光合色素含量产生影响,且这种影响会随着NaCl胁迫程度的增加有所加剧。
Using the cutting seedlings of Solanum muricatum Lyuyuan 1 as experimental materials,this paper investigated the effects of NaCl stress with different concentrations(0 mmol/L,75 mmol/L,150 mmol/L)on their growth characteristics and photosynthetic pigment content through hydroponic experiments.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the plant height,leaf area and photosynthetic pigment content of Solanum muricatum seedlings showed a decreasing trend,while the relative conductivity of leaves showed an increasing trend.The difference in stem diameter among different treatments was not significant.Overall,NaCl stress would have an impact on the growth and photosynthetic pigment content of Solanum muricatum seedlings,and this effect would intensify with the increase of NaCl stress level.
