催化剂中碳载体类型对燃料电池性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 燃料电池催化剂碳载体遇到极端恶劣工况,面临着一个重要的腐蚀问题,引起Pt贵金属颗粒团聚长大,导致电化学反应的活性位点减少。研究了碳载体的类型对Pt纳米颗粒尺寸、形貌和分布的影响,用物理表征以及电化学极化测试等手段探究对应的活性及稳定性,并比较了不同碳载Pt催化剂对应的燃料电池性能表现。测试表明,碳载体的类型对电极的发电性能和耐高电位腐蚀性具有重要影响,石墨化碳载体抗高电位腐蚀性能优异,高表面碳载体对应电池性能优异。研究结果表明,一个好的碳载体燃料电池催化剂,应具有高比表面积并且石墨化程度较高。 The carbon carrier of fuel cell catalyst is faced with an important corrosion problem under extreme working conditions,which causes the aggregation and growth of platinum noble metal particles,leading to the reduction of active site of electrochemical reaction.This article investigates the influence of carbon carrier types on the size,morphology,and distribution of Pt nanoparticles.Physical characterization and electrochemical polarization testing are used to explore the corresponding activity and stability,and the performance of fuel cells corresponding to different carbon supported platinum catalysts is compared.The tests show that the type of carbon carrier has a significant impact on the power generation performance and high potential corrosion resistance of the electrode.The graphitized carbon carrier has excellent high potential corrosion resistance,A high surface carbon carrier corresponds to excellent battery performance,indicating that a good carbon carrier for fuel cell catalysts should have a high specific surface area and a high degree of graphitization.
