摘要
为确保实验数据准确可靠,设备投入使用前应进行检定或校准。本文结合实际工作经验,分析了防腐检测实验室设备校准工作中经常出现的校准范围统计不准确、校准参数覆盖不全等问题,并提出相应对策,保证了溯源的有效性及检测的公平性,降低了实验室运行风险。
The equipment should be verified or calibrated before being put into use,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experimental data.Based on the actual work experience,the paper analyzed the problems of inaccurate calibration range statistics and incomplete coverage of calibration parameters that often occur in the calibration work of anti-corrosion testing laboratory equipment,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to ensure the effectiveness of traceability and fairness of detection,and reduce the risk of laboratory operation.
