摘要
测量和评价临沂革命老区高速公路对经济发展的影响效率,对发展临沂经济有重要意义。运用数据包络分析中的投入导向CCR模型、BCC模型和超效率模型,对临沂市2009年至2020年间高速公路建设对经济发展的DEA效率进行测算。得到综合效率、技术效率和规模效率平均值分别为0.929、0.987、0.955,整体处于较高水平,规模收益有不变或递增两种状态,投入指标存在低程度冗余。结合每年DEA效率和冗余的对比,提出提高效率、促进经济发展、优化资源配置的有关建议。
It is of great significance to measure and evaluate the efficiency of the influence of highways in the old revolutionary base areas of Linyi on economic development. Using the input oriented CCR model,BCC model and super efficiency model in data envelopment analysis, this paper calculates the DEA efficiency of highway construction on economic development in Linyi City from 2009 to 2020. The average values of comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency are 0.929, 0.987 and 0.955 respectively,which are at a high level as a whole. The return on scale has two states of constant or increasing, and the input indicators have a low degree of redundancy. Combined with the annual comparison of DEA efficiency and redundancy, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to improve efficiency, promote economic development and optimize resource allocation.
