螺杆导程对三螺杆挤出机固体输送特性的影响

Influence of Screw Lead on Solid Conveying Behavior of the Three-Screw Extruder

摘要 导程是挤出机螺杆的重要几何参数之一,改变导程后,螺槽内部颗粒受力状态发生变化,影响颗粒的输送特性。为明确螺杆导程对三螺杆挤出机固体输送特性的影响,基于离散元法对不同导程的三螺杆挤出机固体输送行为进行仿真;对比分析了导程对三螺杆挤出机内部颗粒填充状态、速度分布、受力分布以及质量流率的影响。结果表明,在螺杆导程为39、45、51 mm的3种挤出机的内部,颗粒输送速度逐渐增加,颗粒在螺槽内平均停留时间分别为4.58、3.50、3.06 s。与导程为39 mm相比,导程为45、51 mm的挤出机质量流率分别提高了约9.3%和13.3%,由于物料在螺槽内停留时间缩短,挤出机颗粒填充率分别下降了约1%和2.7%。因此,设计螺杆时,应结合颗粒输送和颗粒填充特性。 The lead was an important geometric parameter of the extruder screw.The change of the lead would changed the force of the particles in the screw groove,which would affected the movement of the particles.In order to clarified the influence of the screw lead on the solid conveying characteristics of the three-screw extruder,the solid conveying behavior of the three-screw extruder with different leads was simulated based on the discrete element method,and the particle filling state and velocity distribution inside the three-screw extruder were simulated.The force distribution and the mass flow rate were compared and discussed.The results showed that in the three extruders with screw leads of 39,45,and 51 mm,the conveying speed of the particles gradually increased,and the average residence time of the particles in the screw groove was 4.58,3.50,and 3.06 s,respectively.Compared with the lead of 39 mm,the mass flow rate of the extruder with the lead of 45 mm and 51 mm had increased by about 9.3%and 13.3%,respectively.However,due to the short residence time of the material in the screw groove,the extruder particle flling rate was respectively A decreased of about 1%and 2.7%.The screw designed should consider both the particle conveying capacity and the particle filling rate at the same time.
